March Break has begun! If you're staying local there's much to do to keep you and the kiddos busy!

Free Skate at South Courtice Arena

On Monday March 10th, from 2pm - 4pm enjoy a free family skating event courtesy of MP Jamil Jivani
St. Patrick's Day at Soper Creek
A ticketed event, on Sunday March 16th from 10am to 1:30pm.
This event is open to children ages 4-10 and will host a variety of games and activities. You can get your tickets at the link below

Purple Woods Conservation Area

Take a self-guided tour to visit a modern evaporator, enjoy games, activities, horse-drawn wagon rides, and watch as sap is collected from the sugar maple trees and boiled into delicious maple syrup at the Purple Woods Maple Syrup Festival.
All-day breakfast pancakes with sausages will be served with Purple Woods Maple Syrup! Gluten free pancakes are also available. Plus, don't forget to stop by their Heritage Store before you go and take some sweet maple treats home!
Tickets are $8 per person online or $11 per person upon arrival. Children two and under are free. Entries are from 9:30 a.m. to noon, or noon to 2:30 p.m.
